Certain songs won’t play

Certain songs on my playlist won’t play. I tried playing them individually as well and there is no audio. The time will count and it’s playing but there is no audio. Once I skip the song there is audio again

@bxuhxe Could you tell me a bit more about what is happening?

Is it always the same songs that don't play?

If so, please send me:

  • the name of the playlist they are on
  • the names of the tracks that do not play

Are you listening to Pandora on a computer or on a device?

  1. If you are on a computer, are you listening from:
    • A Mac or Windows computer?
    • Our website, or the desktop app? If you're listening from our website, what browser are you using?
  2. If you are on a device, what is the make and model (and carrier, if applicable)?
  3. Is there an error message? If so, what does it say?
  4. Can you provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing?

Can you tell me a bit more about your device?

  • What is the make and model?
  • What happens when you open Pandora?
  • Is there an error message (if yes, what exactly does it say)?

Also, if this is happening with specific songs, can you write me back with the following?

  • The name of the station or playlist where this occurred.
  • The titles of the tracks.
  • If they were stations, were you listening using a Pandora Mode like Crowd Faves, Discovery or Deep Cuts?
