I’ve been a Preferred Subscriber for years. I noticed when you had a question or problem, they used to contact you almost immediately. Now you go to a community forum and commiserate with others with the same problem and eventually maybe someone with forum privileges says they will look into it. I loved Pandora because of the ease of navigation, and customer service. I guess I need to look at my computer and thumb up or down every song I listen to while streaming, even though they let me know who I listened to most in the last year, or my ten most listened to artists,  there is no refreshing the Drop Playlist to introduce you to similar, but new artists that you may like. You complain and suddenly new songs appear once, and it’s back to dormancy. And for whatever reason the comedy selection has deteriorated from it once was. I used to rather listen to it than the offerings of Sirius XM. I’m not going to drop Pandora, but I will look elsewhere to be introduced to new music.
