Entire song does not play

Is there a time limit on the length of songs? Some of the longer songs in my collection do play in their entirety -- for example: Grateful Dead jam sessions.

I've been asking this question for years. All I ever get is the same form response as above. I guess it's just another "live with it" or leave response. Pandora, like many companies really don't put much effort into fixing their products. Just selling them.
