@bluesky59 Nice to see you around the community.

I took a look at your account and it doesn't appear that you've created any artist stations yet.

To include artist stations in your Shuffle, you'll first need to create a station for each artist you'd like to add. Once those artist stations have been created, you can customize your Shuffle and select those stations to be included in the mix.

How to create a station:

To create a station on the web:

  1. In the Search tool at the top of your screen enter an artist, song, composer or genre.
  2. Then click the appropriate search result (it may help to filter your results by Station).
  3. From a source's backstage page click Start Station to add the station to your collection.

You can also use Browse to view station and playlist suggestions picked just for you.

You can find Browse next to My Collection on the home screen of our website.

How to edit what stations get added to your shuffle mix:

You should be able to choose what stations to include in your Shuffle mix when listening on desktop.

Stations with a blue shuffle icon will be included in the Shuffle rotation. Clicking on that icon will remove that station from your shuffle rotation.

You can customize the station included in your Shuffle selection by:

  • Hovering over the Shuffle On icon which will appear on the Now Playing screen which will reveal a pencil icon.
  • Clicking the pencil icon will bring you to the My Collection page.
  • Check or uncheck each station to modify your shuffle experience, either in the bottom right corner of each stations' album art, or (if you're using A-Z sorting) to the right of the station name.

Let me know if you run into any issues with this.

@bluesky59 I did some digging, and here is what I found, not just for you but for me as well.

How to Add an Artist So They Play in Shuffle:

Below is the exact workflow that Pandora supports, according to their documentation.

Open the Station You Want to Influence

Shuffle pulls music from the stations in your collection, so you must edit a station first.

  • Go to My Collection

Tap or click the station you want to modify

Use “Edit Station”

This is where Pandora lets you change what seeds influence the station.

  • On mobile: tap the pencil icon

  • On the web: click Edit Station on the station page

Add the Artist Using “Add Variety”
Key Step

This is how you tell Pandora to include that artist’s musical DNA in the station.

Station → Edit → Add Variety

  • Scroll to Station Created From

  • Tap + Add Variety

  • Search for the artist you want

  • Select them to add as a seed

Enable That Station in Shuffle

Shuffle only plays from stations you’ve selected.

  • Go back to My Collection

  • Tap Shuffle at the top

Check the box next to the station you just edited.

Take care, and GOD bless.
