How to edit thumb ratings

Hello, I accidentally hit the "thumbs down" on my phone... can I restore the song back into my playlist?

If I pressed thumps down as a mistake how can I remove it is there any way?

Check out the accepted solution for instructions on how to edit your thumb ratings on either a computer or mobile device.

You can then remove the thumbs down you accidentally gave on that station.

I like a song; However, I accidentally clicked "dislike". How do I reverse a thumbs down to a thumbs up so that the song will come back on my playlist?

@zphi564 here is what I know. Hopefully, this will be of help to you.

No worries, you can easily reverse a thumbs down on Pandora. Here’s how:

On Your Mobile:

1. Current Session: If you disliked the song during your current listening session, simply swipe the album art from left to right on the Now Playing screen until you find the track. Tap the highlighted Thumb icon to undo the thumbs down.

2. Previous Session: If it happened in a previous session, go to My Collection and select the station you want to edit. Tap the small "i" or the thumb icon to access the station's backstage page. From there, tap the Edit icon (small pencil) and scroll down to your Thumbed Down Songs. Tap the 'X' beside the song you want to remove.

On Your Computer:

1. Current Session: Click on Now Playing in the upper left, hover over the album art, and click View Session History. Click the highlighted Thumb icon under the track you want to edit.

2. Previous Session: Go to My Collection, filter by Stations, and select the station you want to edit. Click the ellipses next to the play icon and select Edit Station. Scroll down to the Thumb History and click the Thumbs Down icon to see your disliked tracks. Hover over the track name and click Delete to remove the thumbs down.

The "Edit Station" option no longer appears on the free version of Pandora (at least as of 2025).  Can this solution be updated?
