How to recover downloads with new phone

How would my wife recover all her music downloads? Her service on the old phone got shut down. When restored the service, all her music was gone. How would we.recover that? She got a new phone, but still has the same number..

Please keep in mind that Pandora accounts are tied to an email address, not a phone number.

Since your wife has switched phones, her music collection will still be available as long as she logs in using the same Pandora account. However, Offline Content is stored within the app on the device itself. Since she’s switched to a new mobile device, any desired offline content will need to be re-downloaded on the new device.
