while on vacation, my pandora lost all of my downloaded stations and custom Playlists. I thought something happened with my account, but i am still paying.

@Oneoutdoorlover I do see the account connected to your Community profile is still upgraded to Pandora Premium.

To clarify, are only downloads missing when toggling the Pandora app to Offline Mode?

Or is nothing showing in your collection anymore?

Would it be possible to send over a screenshot of what you are seeing?
