How do i get my thumbprint, collections, playlist & stations back after a phone upgrade?

@Nataliedanielle It looks like you may be logged into the wrong account on your new phone.

Your account with all of your favorites and playlists is likely registered under a different email address.

Started new setup and stations cause truly a lover of music but had a great many picked and had to get a new phone.  So I signed back in to Pandora but see none of my old choices. 

Any help for me to get them back would be awesome thank you.

It sounds like you may be logged into the wrong account on your phone.

if you remember the email address associated with your original Pandora account, I recommend signing out, and then signing back in using that email address.

In the meantime, I have also created a ticket with our support team for you.

I can not get my pandora plus on my new android s24+. Nothing from pandora transferred' none of my play lists or stations. I have had it for so long, don't remembe passwords or user name. Please send suggestions and how to fix this to xx@
