Help! Is there a way to get Pandora to restore my missing stations? I've been curating them for 10 years. I noticed lots of people stating the same problem.
Wow, I must be nuts because they appear in the alpha sorted list now.
I swear that before I played them from the iOS app, they weren't there in the Web app.
Could they have fallen off before because there's a rule for recency?
In any case, thank you!
@BigProppa Could you tell me a bit more about what is happening? Are you listening to Pandora on a computer or on a device?
Thanks for working with me on this. 🤝
@BigProppa I'm investigating this with some help.
Using the Chrome browser, I was able to view your station list on the web. Could you please do me a favor and see whether you can view your station list from the web on your end? At this time, I see a total of 250 stations in your collection.
If you are able to view them, can you take a moment to review and let me know if you see any erroneous stations.
Thanks!
Hey @TannerPandora thanks for reaching out.
It seems like the two stations I was most concerned about ARE available in the iOS app, but not in the Web app (Chrome and FF for the latest Mac OS).

Since I listen during the day on my computer at work, I always go through that.
Am I missing where these would be listed in the Web app?
Thanks again!
Hey @BigProppa - I checked your account and was able to locate both the stations on the web.
Just to confirm, the stations are called 'Ancient Dub Radio' and 'Hip Hop Friday by Strength in Members'. I tested each station for playback and it seemed to be okay from my end. You may see the station update in your Recently Played carrousel.
From the web, click on My Collection > Station > Sorted by A-Z
Do they still appear to be missing on your end?

@BigProppa Glad to hear things are back up and running again.
If this continues to be an issue down the line, please make sure to reach back out to us and let us know.
Thanks for listening!
Thanks again!!
Try listening to it on your phone or tablet. THEN if you come back to your browser, it might appear at the top of wherever it lists recently listened stations.
Two stations that I have worked on for years mysteriously have disappeared from My Stations. I have searched for them with no luck. I can't imagine that both of them would have been accidentally deleted. Whatever the reason, any ideas on how to recover them? Thanks.
@sheinz57 What are the names of the two stations that are missing from your collection?
Let me know.
Steve's Super Station and Cocktail. Thanks.

@sheinz57 I have created a ticket with our engineering team so they can help look into this further.
Thanks for your patience in the meantime!
Thanks for your help!
I have had a station called Ferrari Platt for a long time. Yesterday it went missing on all my devices. I can't find it anywhere in the search in "my collection" Any idea how I could track it down
-Mike Platt
@mikeandauline We were able to help restore that station back to your collection.
Hope this helps!
@sheinz57 Both of those stations should have returned to your collection.
Let me know if they are still missing on your end.
Thanks! All good now.
