I was able to upgrade back to my family plan and all my collection disappeared and I can't readd them😭😭😭 Super stoked to have my family plan back!!
@ravynblayze6 It sounds like you may have multiple accounts set up if you are now seeing different content in your collection.
I will have someone from our support team reach out to you privately via email to help look into this further.

It's the same account, it's weird cause I can add new songs to my collection that weren't on my others I already had but when I try to readd the ones that disappeared after I upgraded it says song added but it won't actually add it. Thank you for your help I'll keep an eye out! 😁
