I just updated my payment method yesterday and now my (quite lengthy) playlists have ALL DISAPPEARED. Is there any way to recover them???

@MOEBLOCK It looks like you initially resubscribed to Pandora Plus yesterday.

This would explain why you didn't have access to your custom playlists at first.

I do see you were able to upgrade back to Pandora Premium shortly after posting this message on community today.

You should now have access to your playlists again.

Let me know if there's anything else you need assistance with.

@LAS1971 Custom playlists are only an option when upgrading to Pandora Premium - not Pandora Plus.

If you'd like to regain access to that playlist, you will need to resubscribe to Pandora Premium.

To upgrade to Pandora Premium on your Android device:

  1. Open the Pandora app and sign in (if necessary).
  2. Go to your stations list and tap the menu icon in the top left corner.
  3. Select Subscription. From here you can view your current plan, as well as your options for upgrading to Pandora Premium.

Hope this helps!
