Premium Access Session Ends

I'm playing an album. A number of sings in Pandora decides it's time I listen to an add, revenue, don't you know. Instead of playing an add it make a prepare to be annoyed bleep sound, then plays any random song. Now that doesn't produce revenue. I have to focus my attention, find the album, remember where I was, choose the song, and then, after all that, it will allow me the add and continued listening. Add produce revenue. Just play the add and don't annoy me e with a wild goose chance.

It sounds like you were in a Premium Access session.

These sessions allow you to listen to on-demand content for a period of time. When the session ends, you'll automatically return to your free ad supported subscription. Based on your experience, it sounds like the session ended, and since you were most likely listening to on-demand content, Pandora began  playing songs from one of your stations.

If you'd like to return to listening to on-demand content, you'll need to activate another Premium Access session by listening to an ad.

I do believe I have Pandora Premium, as I pay monthly. So, why can't I play more than 4 or 5 songs on an album I want to listen to? It will start an album I selected, play a commercial, then plays 4 to 5 tracks of the album. Then, it kicks out to one of my music channels instead of playing the album in its entirety. What gives?? 

So are you saying that, even tho I pay for Pandora Premium, if I want to listen to an album, I have to listen to an ad, BUT that only gets me a *measured* amount of time? I have to be interrupted, and forced to 1) find the album again, 2) watch another ad, and 3) remember where I left off and start the album again?  That's not cool! I'm happy to watch an ad for premium content, but once my content starts, don't interrupt me!😡
