RESOLVED 03/03/22: Shuffle button is missing/unresponsive

I see other people have this problem and I hope this can be fixed as I love pandora. I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and that did not fix it. Other suggestions please? I don't want to have to get rid of it. I'm having this problem on my android phone.

Cleared data, uninstalled/reinstalled, cleared cache, disabled battery optimization, made sure it's able to run in background...

Shuffle button is still missing.

At the top of the image, under the "Stations" drop-down is where the shuffle button is usually.

(Other station names blurred for privacy)

I'm having the same issue. For about a week now there is no shuffle button. I'm using a Samsung galaxy s20.

I did not run through the troubleshooting steps again, but it seems the engineers have fixed it. Thanks - really appreciate it!

I, too, have refreshed the app (no further troubleshooting) and the shuffle feature has returned.

Thank you! 🦅🤠👌
