Please help me recover my station, renamed Chicken Scratch Radio today, was Cake Strokes Radio, was Cake Radio. It had Cake and several other seed bands.
I've been having trouble with Google Home Mini messing up my Pandora stations, creating new stations when I ask it to play stations, and not being able to play stations. Hence the name changes...

Hi @gregpach
Welcome to community!
I checked your account from my end and I see that you may have been able to restore your 'Last Christmas Radio' station. Is this the correct station you were thinking of?
The station was created from the track 'Last Christmas' by Jimmy Eat World (Holiday) in 2021.
Other than that, I don't see any other deleted holiday stations on your account. Let me know!

@MikeyyAftonn It looks like the Pandora account associated with your community profile was created on12/25/2024.
Your original account with your full list of stations is likely registered under an account registered under a different email address.
If you remember what email address you used, I recommend signing out of Pandora, and then signing back in using that email address.
In the meantime, I have created a ticket with our support team for you.
They will be contacting you privately via email to help look into this further, so please keep an eye out for their message.
Thanks for your patience in the meantime!

My mother accidentally deleted a station on her account called "Dickinson Christmas" she had been adding songs to it for years and it is important to her. If you could restore this station on her account it would mean a lot.
cheers,
Jonathan

trying to delete one song and somehow managed to delete the whole list. I
was crying so hard, my son came over and contacted you guys. It would save
heartache if when one accidentally pushed to delete their whole list, If a
dialog box popped up and asked, "Did You mean to delete this collection?"
I'm a Sr. citizen and that collection means the world to me. Blessings to
you on this New Year! Sara

@Cocles I've taken a look, and I believe I know why your station's changed.
Since genre stations are crafted by our curation team, occasionally they'll go through changes to refresh their selections.
In rare cases, we may merge less popular genre stations together, if they share similar content.
While I'll let the curation team know that you'd like our genre stations to return to normal, I would recommend that you try creating a new station. If you use some of your thumbs up from this genre station to seed the new station, you may find you enjoy the new station experience more.
We appreciate your understanding.

Hi there! @Ccaughron, @Ckenlan thanks for posting. No problem, I have restored your stations back to your accounts.
__
@leisurelyapril , I can see the Playlist you created on your account however it looks like you are currently on our Free service.
In general, to be able to see, create or play a Playlist you will need a Premium subscription or to activate a complimentary session of Pandora Premium, which allows you to interact with an ad in order to listen to content on-demand.
Because these sessions are funded by advertisements, your account will be reverted back to the Free service automatically at the end of the session - you won't charged any Pandora Premium fees.
For more information on how Pandora Premium Sessions work, you can view this article.
That said, you mentioned you're using Pandora to play music for your bussiness (which is not considered personal use).
If so, we have a solution for you. Pandora is available and optimized for use in settings like these through Mood Media, with features like unlimited listening (the "Are you still listening message" won't pop up, no advertising, and a media player that can connect to your existing sound system.
Additionally, due to the terms of our music licenses, the consumer version of the Pandora service (including Pandora Plus and Pandora Premium) cannot legally be used to play music in a commercial or public setting. Any Pandora listening that isn't personal and private, even for non-profit or tax exempt organizations, must be properly licensed through Mood Media, which fairly compensates artists, authors, composers, publishers and other rightsholders.
Use of Pandora in these settings is available only via hardware sold by Mood Media. To learn more or sign up, click here.
Hope this helps!
