Shuffle button is missing/unresponsive

Can anyone help me out with fixing my shuffle stations option.  I have logged out deleted the app checked it for available updates nothing has helped. I have the family premium plan.

I upgraded to Premium and now my shuffle button has disappeared. I reached out to Support and the "fix" did not work. Please help.

Shuffle stations no longer an option.

I go to my collection 

All stations

Option to shuffle is no longer available. Been using it for years but now it's not an option.

@BuddhaX Sorry to hear that. We've made a small change that should help.

You may have seen the Someone else is listening error message while we made that change - you can disregard that message and should be able to play again.

@Callibrown07 To navigate to Shuffle, tap on ALL and then select Stations or Songs (depending on what you are looking to shuffle).

The Shuffle option should then appear.

Shuffle stations is missing from my collections. I’m using an iPhone, my software is updated. Tried powering off & back on.

Hey there! I have the same issue. I have Pandora Premium and no shuffle on desktop (Mac) or on Iphone. I've reinstalled and restarted. Appreciate any help. Thanks!
