Songs: Can't stop shuffle while playing collected songs

no matter what i do i cant get shuffle to stop while i play collected songs

Is this only happening on the web? If so, I would try clearing out the cookies/cache on your web browser and try again to see if it will help.

If this is happening on another device, can you let me know the make and model?
