7/30/26: Trouble playing Pandora on Alexa device

I know this post was made in 2019, but I am currently experiencing this same problem in 2026! Please help, I’m not very good with electronics.

Same for me. Happened in the middle of the night, woke up to sleep radio not playing and depending on the device it tells me I'm having trouble playing Pandora right now or I can't find that station on Pandora.

And it just started working for me.

Can you confirm whether you're still having trouble today? We experienced some technical difficulties yesterday that resulted in playback issues, but those should now be resolved.

If you're still running into trouble, could you tell us a bit more about what you're experiencing? Please include:

• The exact voice command you used.
• What happened after you gave the command. For example:
  • Alexa confirmed the request but didn't play anything.
  • Alexa confirmed the request but played a different station.
  • Alexa didn't respond at all.
• If Alexa gave an error or other response, what was the exact message?

In the meantime, let's try a few troubleshooting steps to rule out some common causes:

• Check for any available updates for both the Alexa app and the Pandora app, and install them if needed.
• Restart your Alexa device by unplugging it from power for about 30 seconds, then plugging it back in.
• Unlink and then relink your Pandora account in the Alexa app.
