Bose SoundTouch - Playback stops after each song

I have enjoyed pandora for a year, but recently it developed s problem where it stops playing after every song on a variety of devices.

It stops after every song when using CarPlay in my Honda Clarity.

It stops after every song when playing from my Bose SoundTouch home  speakers.

Nothing changed, Pandora just stopped working right.

 How do I fix this?

I see no point in paying for the account of it no longer works.

Hi @PeterAndBrian! Thanks for posting. Sorry to hear that playback is stopping on Pandora. 

I'd like to start with your BoseSound Touch, we can circle back to CarPlay. 

I’ve enabled a trace on your account to help us better understand what’s happening. I'm going to remove the device association from your account and have you log back in. This may not take affect immediately, so please be patient. 

When you're logged out, please log back in and try to use Pandora as you normally would. Thank you!

The same thing is happening on mine - (Email)

about three songs play, then Pandora pauses and I have to hit play again, sometimes it will disconnect

Hi @juddsather! Welcome to community. 👋

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your Bose Soundbar. Happy to help troubleshoot with you. The first thing I would recommend is to remove the Bose device from your Pandora account and have you reconnect and then try Pandora again.

If you're up for this, let me know and I'll go ahead and remove the device from my end.

If you can remove the device on your end that would be great - I can't find
it in the settings.

I logged in and out, powered the bose soundbar down and it seems to still
be pausing Pandora every song or two.

I have connected and reconnected from the computer on bluetooth quite a few
times also.

Hi @juddsather! Looks like you may have already removed all the devices associated with your account.

Before reconnecting, I would also try power cycle your Soundbar by unplugging it, waiting a few minutes and then plugging it back in to see if this will help.
