Dish TV No Sound After 1st Track

I changed to Dish knowing they supported Pandora.  But when using the Joey, I found that Pandora will only play the first track and on the second track and beyond there is no audio.  I have tried for several weeks to get Dish to correct the problem but so far no success.  I have tried powering down on all combinations of the hopper, Joey and internet modem and router.  We enjoy Pandora, but now we cannot use it.  HELP!  I NEED MY PANDORA

Could you let me know:

• The model of your DISH Hopper
• The model of your Joey
• Whether this happens on every Joey in your home, if you have more than one
• When the second track begins, does Pandora appear to continue playing normally on screen, just without audio?
• If you skip to another track, does the audio return, or does it remain silent?
