I changed to Dish knowing they supported Pandora. But when using the Joey, I found that Pandora will only play the first track and on the second track and beyond there is no audio. I have tried for several weeks to get Dish to correct the problem but so far no success. I have tried powering down on all combinations of the hopper, Joey and internet modem and router. We enjoy Pandora, but now we cannot use it. HELP! I NEED MY PANDORA
Hi @Digress
Welcome to Community! Sorry to hear you're having trouble listening to Pandora on your DISH Joey.
It sounds like you've already done quite a bit of troubleshooting on your end. Since the first track plays normally but audio stops beginning with the second track, I'd like to gather a few more details about your setup so we can better understand what's happening.
Could you let me know:
Thanks for your help with these details.
I replied and added the detailed information that the TannerPandora requested but have head nothing new about this problem.
The first plays with audio but the track time information shows 0 for the track time. When it goes the 2nd track, the time for the track shows but there is no audio (not sure the time shown is right or perhaps the time for the first track). When it goes to the next track the time shown does not change from the 2nd track. The Hopper is Hopper 3 and the Joey is Joey 3. The App for Pandora from Directv worked perfectly but the app for Pandora looked different. The app works fine when playing from the Hopper but we listen to Pandora in the room the Joey is in.

Hi @Digress
Thanks for following up, and I apologize for the delay in getting back to you. I appreciate you providing these additional details.
The information about playback working normally through your Hopper 3 but not through the Joey 3 is especially helpful.
Based on what you've described, Pandora begins playing the first track on the Joey with audio, but the playback timer doesn't update correctly. Once Pandora advances to the second track, the track information changes but the audio stops, and the playback timer then appears to stop updating as additional tracks advance.
Since you've already restarted your Hopper, Joey, modem, and router, and Pandora continues to work normally when played directly through the Hopper, I don't have any additional troubleshooting I'd recommend at this time.
I've passed along the details of your experience, including that you're using a Hopper 3 and Joey 3, to our engineering teams for further review.
Thanks again for taking the time to provide this information and for your patience while we've looked into this.
