I am getting explicit content on a Radio Station that I created even though content filtering is enabled (default). My station is Enter Sandman (Radio Edit) Radio. Content filtering has ALWAYS been enabled since purchasing my subscription and creating an account. I recently heard Fuel by Metallica with F-bombs and Down with the Sickness by Disturbed with F-bombs. I really need this fixed or I'll have to cancel my subscription and go with a different provider.
For reference I was listening on a Wiim Amp Pro for the two above examples. I haven't noticed the same problem when streaming in browser, although I can't confirm its never happened in browser.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks!
Hi @Galgo , thanks for posting!
Can you tell me if these two songs are the only ones that have been affected? Is this happening on any other station?
Were you able to give the song a Thumbs-down? If not, then please give a Thumbs-down to any explicit songs that might play.
Let me know if you notice this is also happening on your browser.
There have been other songs on this station and other stations as well, those are just the only two that I could give specifics on. I was able to thumbs down those two.

Hi @Galgo
Sorry for any trouble with this, and thanks so much for reaching out to share your experience.
I wanted to clarify that the explicit content filter only applies to Stations and does not apply to on-demand content. I took a closer look at the two tracks you mentioned in your post.
The first track, “Fuel” by Metallica, was played on demand from the Driving Fast Cars! playlist. It looks like a Premium Session was enabled on January 8, and several on-demand tracks where played during that session.
The second track, “Down with the Sickness” by Disturbed, did play multiple times on your Enter Sandman (Radio Edit) Radio. This version is actually a censored radio edit. I did listen to the song, and the edit is very brief and plays the beginning of the word, which can make it sound like the full word is being said, however, I can confirm, that this is the edited version.
I understand how this could be frustrating, and I appreciate you taking the time to flag it.
