Grace Radio: Pandora won't load

My computer or my Grace Primo digital radio won't load Pandora. The app on my PC just opens to a page with the Pandora logo. My wifi signal is strong, and all other sites work fine. All stations, except for Pandora, can be heard on the Grace radio.

Are you still having trouble connecting to your Grace Digital Radio? I checked in with our engineering team and there were no outages reported on Sunday.

If you're having trouble, I would try rebooting your connection: 

1. Shut down your device completely;
2. Unplug your modem and router, wait one full minute, and then plug them back in;
3. Wait five more minutes to allow the modem and router to fully boot back up;
4. Turn your device back on and try Pandora again.
