@nmrrob I moved your post over to the Other Devices space.
Could you tell me a bit more about what is happening
- What is the make and model of your Smart TV?
- Is there an error message? If so, what does it say?
- Can you provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing?
Thanks for working with me on this. ๐ค

It's a brand new Hisense 4K Smart TV
Using built in web browser to listen
When logged into my laptop, everything works perfectly
I tried resetting the password - Same issue.
I try logging in using [ email ] + my password - Keeps coming up saying incorrect username or password

Hi @nmrrob! Thanks posting.
We actually don't support web browsing on TVs which may be the reason you're having trouble logging in.
You can use the following steps to activate the Pandora app on your Hisense TV:
- Launch the Pandora application.
- Select New User.
- An activation page will appear with a code - leave this code up on the device screen as you continue.
Or, from a mobile device, open the Pandora app and go to Settings, then tap Device Activation and enter the code.
Finally, select Continue on the Hisense TV.

Hi @nmrrob What is the year and model of your Hisense TV. Does your model support Android TV OS or Roku TV OS?
