Transferring my premium account for my phone to my TV and keeping my phone account active.

I moved your post to the Other Devices board to keep the community tidy.

Please keep in mind, Pandora accounts follow the email address, not the device or phone number. You can sign into the same Pandora account on any computer or supported device, as long as you use the same email address and Pandora password. This applies to both free and paid Pandora accounts.

  • What is the make and model of your TV?
  • Which internet / cable service provider do you use?
  • If you're using a Roku, Apple TV, or any other device, please list that info as well.

Let me know, and I can help you get set up with your existing account on your TV.

@scottj It sounds like you're using Comcast / Xfinity.

If the email address on your Pandora account is the same email address used for your Comcast preferred email, you will be logged in automatically when launching the X1 Pandora app for the first time.

You may also find this article to be helpful regarding Pandora on Comcast / Xfinity devices.

If you have apps on your Sony TV, you can use these steps to activate Pandora on that device instead.

  1. Launch the Pandora application.
  2. Select if you have a Pandora account or not.
  3. Since you already have a Pandora account, enter your credentials and you'll be all set. 
  4. An activation page will appear with an activation code. Do not turn off the device or navigate away from this screen. 
  5. From a computer (not a tablet or mobile device), visit this activation page and enter your device's activation code.
  6. Select Continue on the device to complete the process.

My old email was a Hotmail.com account.  I am trying to update my account and using my iCloud.com account.  I updated my email and reset my password  but for some reason can not get an activation code sent to me.  I have an iPhone and am completely updated on everything.

I have a Sony Bravia, comcast cable, I upgraded to premium and activated my account via the mobile app but my collection and other content didn't show up on the TV.

Can you let me know the year and model of your Sony Bravia? Can you also let me know what content you're missing? If you can share a picture of what you're seeing when browsing your collection, that would be great. Let me know if you need help with this.
