Not working on FrameTV

i saw you responded to something similar a year ago, but we have a Samsung frameTV running on AT&T internet. Pandora stopped playing on the smart tv a couple of months ago. We tried deleting the app, updating tv software, nothing has helped. Any solutions? @TannerPandora

1. Is there an error message? If so, what does it say?
2. Can you provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing?
