Pandora won't open on Roku Express

I am trying to load the Pandora app into my Roku Express device. It was available on the Roku store but I downloaded it and it will not open. Can anyone help? Thanks Frank

Can you tell me when choosing the Pandora app on your Roku, is the icon unresponsive, or does it appear to open and then crash? Are there any error messages that appear? If so, can you tell me what it says or share a picture. You can added pictures directly here on community. That is best done through a web or mobile browser. You won't be able to include pictures through the email notification you may receive.
