I've upgraded on my phone but the upgrade is not allowed on my TV. Should I cancel and redo it only on my TV?

When you say the upgrade isn’t allowed on your TV, can you tell me a bit more about what’s happening? Are you seeing an error message, unable to log in, or still hearing commercials while listening? If possible, could you share a picture of what you’re seeing when you run into trouble?
I checked your account, and while I don’t see an LG TV connected, I do see a Cox/Xfinity receiver associated. Could you confirm if you’re trying to activate an LG TV, or if the issue might be with the receiver instead?

This information you give doesn't help. I am semi-new to Pandora and have started streaming it to my tv. The skips are not helpful because if I thumb down a song, it will replay again later. I have had to figure it out on my own and your support didn't listen to my concerns. I was told to listen to it on my phone to filter out what I don't want but that doesn't help because they are different Playlist. So you should have a better system than this.
