SONOS: Pandora stops playing randomly

I stream Pandora Premium to my Sonos:1 devices daily.  In the last few months, my audio stream will just randomly stop.  I am controlling it via the Sonos app, not the Pandora app.  All apps are up to date, and I am on iOS 26.1.  This is really frustrating!

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble with playback. Which version of the Sonos app are you currently using?

To start, please try playing Pandora on your Sonos directly from the Pandora app and let me know if you experience the same issue. This will help determine whether the problem occurs in both apps or only within the Sonos app.

I do see some recent login activity. Have you tried any troubleshooting steps before reaching out? If so, please let me know what you’ve already tried.

If you haven’t already, please check for a firmware update on your Sonos device. To do this on iOS, open the Sonos app, tap the More tab, select Settings, and then choose Check for Updates.

Hi Tanner!  Thanks for the reply!  

Software is all up to date: iOS - 26.2, Pandora - 2510.1, Sonos - S2, V. 80.35.8

Other fixes attempted: Rebooting router, removing and re-enrolling Pandora from Sonos.  

Appears to work without interruption when streaming from the Pandora app to the Sonos speakers, but that is also really inconvenient.  Other music apps (Spotify, Amazon) function without interruption when playing from within Sonos app.  Looking forward to any updates!

Can you tell me more please? Have you grouped or ungrouped speakers during playback?

Let's try some troubleshooting steps to see if they help.

First, confirm that your mobile device is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your Sonos.

Next, check for any updates to the Sonos and Pandora apps. To check for any necessary updates, visit the app store on your device.

Once any necessary updates are complete, restart your Sonos device and try Pandora again.
