Try disabling IPv6 in your Samsung TV’s network settings—many users report this resolves Pandora’s no-sound issue. Also, rebooting the TV and reinstalling the app may help.

Here are the most effective steps to troubleshoot the Pandora sound issue on your Samsung TV:

🛠️ Fixes That Have Worked for Others

  • Disable IPv6 on your TV:

    • Go to Home > Settings > General > Network > Expert Settings

    • Find and disable IPv6

    • Reboot your TV and relaunch Pandora

    • This workaround has resolved the issue for many users

  • Cold reboot your TV:

    • Unplug the TV from the power for at least 2 minutes

    • Plug it back in and turn it on

    • This forces a full restart and clears app glitches

  • Update your TV’s firmware:

    • Go to Settings > Support > Software Update

    • Install any available updates

    • This ensures compatibility with the latest Pandora app version

  • Uninstall and reinstall the Pandora app:

    • Remove the app from your TV

    • Reboot the TV

    • Reinstall Pandora from the App Store
