Samsung TV - Error Message: "Unexpected error with server... visit our homepage'

'Unexpected error with server...visit our home page'

I cannot find any help with restoring service. I have refreshed both my internet connection and Pandora app. Amazon Prime and YouTube work fine. Only Pandora comes up as an error.

Sounds like you've already done some troubleshooting. I'm going to go ahead and create a ticket for our engineers so they can take investigate.

In the meantime, I've enabled a trace on your account to help us better understand what may be happening. If you could please try Pandora again and let me know the time and date the error message pops, this would be extremely helpful.

Also, Can you please let me know the model and year of your Samsung TV.
