In that case, let's try other troubleshooting steps to see if we can resolve the issue. 

First, make sure your device has the latest firmware by checking for a new update. To do this, press Menu on your remote and scroll down to Support. Then select Software Update. If an update is available, try loading Pandora again once the update is complete.

Next, please try deleting and re-adding the Pandora app from the app store on your Samsung device.

If you're still having the same problem, then please try a few standard network troubleshooting steps:

• Try connecting directly via an Ethernet cable rather than using Wi-Fi (if you have this option on your device), and see if that helps.
• Try rebooting your modem and router and restarting the device.

You should also contact Samsung directly to troubleshoot your specific device and settings.

2025 still doesn't work I'm a premium member I am about to cancel 4 samsung tvs tried everything still doesn't not work.

What is the solution to this? Experiencing the same no sound on Pandora issue with my Samsung TV. All others apps are working just fine.

This problem still isn't resolved. I have talked to Pandora support and Samsung support. I can't believe something that used to work stopped working for so many customers and nothing has been resolved. Pandora works with our firestick, roku, and Samsung phones, but will not play through the app or the internet on our Samsung 7 series tv. All other music and video apps are functioning, but not Pandora.

COULD THE PROBLEM BE WITH THE SAMSUNG TV AUTO STARTING????

I have 2 Samsung TVs, a Q70 in the living room and a Q60 in a bedroom. The bedroom TV doesn't have Direct TV and plays Pandora with no issues, but the living room has Direct TV and doesn't play Pandora AND hasn't for a year since I moved.

When I start the living room TV, it defaults into Samsung TV, which I hate. lt is always showing some old movie or TV that is viewing garbage. I have fuss with the Direct TV remote to get to local news or another show. However, the bedroom TV starts with the remote but doesn't go to the Samsung TV. I normally go to Youtube or Prime Video or I start my laptop and use an RC flight simulator.

So, I looked into the living room TV settings and how to turn off the Samsung TV junk from starting automatically. I did find it in the Samsung settings and turned off the Autostart for all three choices I saw. Then I turned off the TV, restarted it with the Direct TV remote and it doesn't start Samsung TV.

THEN I tried starting Pandora and it played like it does on my phone. I have been listening to it as I type this and for a total of an hour. Song after song and I do not have a paid subscription.

I hope this helps others as I can see this issue hasn't really been resolved for several years.

Update to my post about Direct TV interfering with Pandora. 

Well Pandora worked for 2 hours or so. Shut down the TV to leave the house.

Started Pandora later the same day and NO SOUND. I have been playing with this a few days later, rebooted my router, the wifi, turned TV off but can't reach to unplug it, deleted Pandora, reinstalled Pandora, don't have some of the settings you say to turn off, and still NO SOUND.

Pandora, enough is enough. Find a fix.
