Samsung TV: Pandora doesn't play

It was playing until a week ago. Now, it doesn’t play, at all. I have a two year old Samsung QLED smart tv. I may have to cancel my subscription if the problem isn’t resolved.

• Is the app unresponsive on your TV?
• Does the app open but you're unable to navigate?
• Does the app open and appear to play but there is no sound?
