Sonos: Won't shuffle selection

I play my Pandora station shuffle on my desktop browser and through my bluetooth devices and it works perfectly.  On those devices, it is clearly shuffling from the five or so stations I’ve selected on Pandora.

But when I access Pandora on the Sonos app and choose shuffle it does not shuffle from my selected stations.  It seems to select from a random set of stations.

Why doesn’t Pandora follow my selected shuffle stations on Sonos?

Can you let me know if this happens when using the Sonos app or the Pandora app when shuffling?

the failure to shuffle occurs when i use the sonos app to access pandora.

if i start on Pandora and cast to sonos the shuffle works properly.

Thanks for clarifying, @jpf5911. Can you do me a favor and reproduce this experience and use the steps outlined here to submit a diagnostic to Sonos. Then write back with the confirmation number you received.
