Switch Pandora accounts on my DirecTV device

I am trying to change Pandora accounts on my TV (direct TV streaming).  pandora puts up a page with a code for me to enter, but the code can't be seen.  Mostly just see a black page, the other part is off to the side.  seems to be formatted too big for the screen.  everything else on my tv works fine.  how can i clear this and add my account?  i've already reset direct tv and called direct tv.  they said it was pandora issue.  when i call pandora customer service all i gety is a recorded answer saying they are having a technical difficulty so please call back.  I've called back numerous times over the past 2 weeks and always the same message.  Can you help with this?

Sorry to hear you’re running into trouble with your DirecTV. I’m happy to take a look. 

Just to clarify first, Pandora doesn’t offer phone support, so the number you’re using isn’t affiliated with us.

Can you tell me a bit more about your setup? What’s the make and model of your TV?

In the meantime, I’ve checked your Pandora account and don’t see a previous DirecTV connection. Is this a new set up?

I do see a Roku and an Android TV listed. If you've been using Pandora recently, could the app be directly found on your Android TV? To help me investigate more, could you share a photo of what you’re seeing on your TV? You can upload images directly here in the thread. This works best from a mobile device or web browser, since photos can’t be shared through email notifications.
