This week I suddenly have to enter my password every time I enter Pandora on my TCL smart TV. Isn’t there a ‘remember me’ function within the Pandora settings?
this never happened before

Hi @NR10
Welcome to community!
Sorry to hear this is happening. I'm happy to take a closer look. Would the Pandora app happen to be on another device that's connected to your TCL TV?
Currently, I see two TV connected to your account, the first from a Sonfi TV, from 2023, which may have been part of a hospitality business, and a Samsung TV from 2016.
Is the TCL Roku TV a recent addition or have you had it awhile?
In the meantime, let's try a couple of steps. First, let's reboot your TCL Roku using the following steps:
- Press the Home button on your remote.
- Scroll to select Settings.
- Next select System and then Power.
- If you don't see Power, skip to the next step.
- Finally, select System Restart.
Second, remove the Pandora channel from My Channels, and try re-adding it from the Channel Store. You can find the Remove channel option by pressing the * key on your remote while the Pandora channel is highlighted on the home screen.
Please note, you may have to log in once again after this.

The TCL isn’t new, it’s a couple of years old (2023). We also have Pandora on two TV’s at a second home. One is an TCL (2017) the other is an old Samsung (likely the 2016).
The Sonfi TV 2023, I am not sure. Could that be the TCL 2023 (the one I just reset)?
Anyway thank you very much!!!

Glad to hear you were able to access Pandora without having to re-log in, @NR10! Hopefully, that won't be a problem again any time soon. The device from 2023 may be the TCL, though I'm not entirely sure. Since you're back in without trouble, I don't want to disturb anything else. Of course, if you run into trouble again, please let us know. Have a lovely weekend!
