Unfamiliar content appearing in feed

I usually listen to Pandora through Sonos, but today I decided to use the web-based app and listen with headphones while working. I noticed a ton of other playlists created by people I don't know showing up in my feed. Why is this happening?

Do you mean you saw content on your Recently Played or actual playlists being added your Collection? If playlists are being added to your Collection, could you provide a screenshot of what you're seeing?
