Won’t let me listen to my own songs

Hi! I can play stations perfectly fine but when I try to play a singular song or one of my playlists it goes to the watch a video tab but once I’m on that it freezes so I can’t watch the video or log off using the X so I have to log out of the app but my big problem is I can’t listen to the songs I want to.

@Alyssa_G It sounds like you are having trouble initiating Premium Access sessions by watching an ad.

To clarify, are you listening to Pandora on a computer or on a device?

1. If you are on a computer, are you listening from:
• A Mac or Windows computer?
• Our website, or the desktop app? If you're listening from our website, what browser are you using?
2. If you are on a device, what is the make and model (and carrier, if applicable)?
3. Is there an error message? If so, what does it say?
4. Can you provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing?
