I bought a used Yamaha receiver and am getting an unable to connect message with Pandora. Network connection is fine. Just Pandora won’t connect.  Please help!

To get a better understanding of what's happening, could you let me know a little more about your experience?

• Have you been able to connect to Pandora on this receiver before, or is this your first time trying to set it up?

• Does the "Unable to Connect" message appear as soon as you select Pandora, or does it happen after you try signing in to your account?

First time setting this up with old but “new to me” receiver. I get the message as soon as soon as I select Pandora.  Thanks

Since this is a new receiver for you and you're seeing the message right away, I don't believe our standard troubleshooting steps would be helpful here.
