Ad Feedback - Ad causes app to crash

There is an All-State commercial that every time it plays while I am using the app it causes the app to crash and my phone to restart.

App up to date. OS up to date. Samsung note ultra 20.

No I will not upgrade to premium but if it doesn't stop I will stop using the app.

To clarify, was this Allstate ad a visual ad, an audio ad, or a video ad with audio?

Also, is this happening on an Android device?

If so, can you send over a bit more info about your device?

• Build number (Settings > About Phone):
• Android Security Patch Level, if noted on your device (Settings > About Phone):
• Pandora version:
  • If you can open Pandora, go to Profile, then select Settings. Scroll to the bottom of the screen for the version number.
  • If you can't open Pandora: from Android Home screen > Android Settings > Applications > Manage Applications > Find Pandora

Are you connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data when this is happening?
