Thanks for writing in and offering your feedback about the Spanish ads playing on your stations.

We do our best to deliver ads to our significant number of Spanish-speaking listeners based on the small amount of demographic info that we collect when you register a Pandora account. This is limited to gender, age, and postal code, as well as some of the stations you create on your account. Sometimes, however, our estimates are incorrect and Spanish ads are delivered to the wrong listeners. We're sorry if this has been creating a negative experience for you.

Our ad operations team is aware of your feedback and they are working hard to improve how our Spanish ads are delivered. Thank you for your patience in the meantime, and thanks for listening to Pandora.

I am not from a Latin country and I do not speak Spanish well.

I only have a little Spanish, but I get long Spanish ads.

How can I request to make all ads English?

I suggest that you may ask in the registration from what country and that will somehow pinpoint if Spanish ads are relevent to the person.

It is fine for me to listen to it, but it is not doing what it is supposed to do, i.e., explain a product or a service.

Not sure why I keep getting ads in Spanish, but as long as they keep giving them to me, I will never pay for a premium account.

I am only getting Spanish ads now

I do not know why but I got on Pandora today and have heard more Spanish ads than I have English ads. I have never listened to Spanish music and no one in my family has access to this account since I only use it at work. So, what the heck is going on with your ad algirhythm?
