Apple: Paid for Premium but it's not applied to my account

I upgraded to premium. The app says that I only have Pandora plus. But when I go to the upgrade, it says that I already have it. I am not getting the benefits of the premium subscription please address.

I'm sorry for the trouble. It looks like there was a syncing issue between Apple and Pandora that temporarily affected your subscription status. I've confirmed that the error has been corrected, and your Premium subscription is now active on your Pandora account.
