I am trying severely since I have no longer the bank accounts I had with my last payment to Pandora. I have a new bank same kind of account and I’m trying to reinstall auto pay and I don’t need to meet the community. I need to talk to somebody in the business end of paying payments. Unfortunately, you guys have given up on doing that over the phone and I would think if you would like to get paid, you would do more to make it easier for the customers to make sure you got paid instead of setting them off to see everybody and their mother who happens to be Members in some community. thank you
