Apple Subscription: Still receiving ads

Anyone buy a subscription and not have it update on the app? Not sure but I got premium and can’t choose songs and ads still play. Almost 24 hours  after paying

@Czlata Could you confirm that you are logged into your upgraded account on your device?

Sometimes, it may help to sign out of Pandora, and then sign back in using the email address associated with your upgraded account.

If you are still seeing ads after confirming you are logged in with the correct address, can you please send me a screenshot of the next ad you see?

(Please note you won't be able to attach images via email - you will need to open this Community link in a web browser in order to provide attachments)

I have received confirmation that my subscriptions has been paid, but I have not received the add free upgrade. Any fixes I have trouble shoot mostly everything.

I also checked the account linked to your profile and i
t appears that there was a communication error between the Apple billing system and our system. The error seems to have been resolved and your subscription has returned to your Pandora account.

You may need to refresh your browser or restart the Pandora app to notice the change.

Got the plus subscription with my apple account. But not showing up in pandora? But shows up that I’ve been billed?

It appears that there was a communication error between the Apple billing system and our system. The error seems to have been resolved and your subscription has returned to your Pandora account.

You may need to refresh your browser or restart the Pandora app to notice the change.

I bought the $5.99 subscription today but it isn’t working on my account. It is in subscriptions on my IOS account and I received an email that I was charged, but I still can’t skip songs and I’m still getting ads.

I have reactivated my account with the premium plan upgrade.  I am still getting commercial breaks and limited skips.  I have tried reloading the app, but that has not worked.  Can you please review my account and correct this issue?
