Surely this is an AI response. They have given you the proof you're asking for. We are all having the same problem. I think you don't know how to fix it. I'm about to fix it by canceling my subscription and changing to a different music provider.

I took a look at your account, and can see you currently have that option enabled:
In order to prevent those messages from playing on your stations, you will need to first navigate to your account settings and turn this feature off.
If these messages continue to play on your stations after disabling this feature, please reply back to this thread and let me know.
