So out of the blue after years of paying for premium services I am starting to get messages from artists about “ here’s my new song” and such.
I do have artist messages turned off on all my devices and it has appeared on each device and each one is signed in with a different account.
Why is the happening? I’m paying for music not artists babbling.
Signed out. Logged back in and no change.
Can anyone help me get rid of this?

I am getting the same issue I have tried updating the app, uninstalling and reinstalling. I have the ad free plan but they keep playing artist ads despite the fact that I have them off for every station

Today's country radio. I took a screen shot of you look at my listening yesterday it played like 6 messages from the artist (ads)
I disabled the message from artist over a week ago.
