Artist messaging on family plan (messaging turned off)

So out of the blue after years of paying for premium services I am starting to get messages from artists about “ here’s my new song” and such. 
I do have artist messages turned off on all my devices and it has appeared on each device and each one is signed in with a different account. 
Why is the happening? I’m paying for music not artists babbling. 

Signed out. Logged back in and no change. 
Can anyone help me get rid of this?

@bozknight55 The next time this happens can you please send me:

  • a screenshot of what you are seeing when the message is playing
  • the name of the station you are listening to when the message plays
