I keep getting kicked off artist-only-mode in Premium even though I am paid up.
@rockerpgh I am showing the account connected to your community profile is currently upgraded with a gift subscription to Pandora Plus - not Pandora Premium.
To clarify, are you also paying for a monthly or annual subscription to Pandora Premium?
If so, those payments are likely being made on an account registered under a different email address.

I upgraded to Premium on my iphone, but it does not allow me to get into Artists-Only mode.
On my Macbook it says I have a gift subscription to Plus. When I click on Upgrade to Premium, it says (pasted below):
