Why won’t my subscription kick in?

Upgraded to premium but hasn’t kicked in and wont let me retrieve it on the app

I have encountered this exact problem this morning. Billed Premium through Apple, it charged me, but the app(and web browser) still say Plus instead of Premium. I have sent an E-mail to support.

I upgraded to pandora premium yesterday from plus . still not working
@Terrance6969 It appears that there was a communication error between the Apple billing system and our system. The error seems to have been resolved and your subscription has returned to your account.
