Billed by Google - Switch from Plus to Premium

I'm 100% convinced it is impossible to upgrade to pandora premium.  I can't do it through google play - it's not an option.  I can cancel my subscription, change my credit card, set up a backup payment method, but I can't upgrade my subscription.  I can't do it through my android app, it just directs me to use my pandora android app.  I can't do it through my windows app, again it just directs me to use my pandora android app.

Am I missing something or is Pandora missing out on the potential revenue of all 100 of us that would upgrade?

I subscribed it to the subscription of Pandora Plus and it's not displaying the features that supposed to be given it is still responding as if I did not pay for Pandora Plus even when I press the song it makes me watch an ad in order to get to reward I'm not allowed to have a limited skips or search whatever song I want or skip free ads I'm frustrated into the point that I unsubscribe it in my subscription ends in December the 14th because this is not what I signed up for I even went to see if the app needs to be updated but it does not

The ability to listen to specific songs on demand is only an option when upgrading to Pandora Premium.
