I recently signed up for Pandora on my phone. It was about 4 months ago. I got the $12.99 plan. While doing my bank statement I started noticing 2 charges from Pandora, 1 for $10.89 and 1 for $12.99. I had no idea why I was getting charged for the $10.89 charge. When I looked at subscriptions on my Roku, my Smart tv, my phone, my computer, none of them listed a second account to Pandora. I tried different emails I had that were ACTIVE and if I didn't know the password I would reset it, all in trying to reload any account. Nothing came up. Then I remembered that when I lost my job 4 years ago I had had a Pandora Subscription on my work computer. That would account for the odd $ amount and the odd email address that I have no access to. I closed that account several times before we closed 4 years ago and I assumed they closed it. We switched banks in that time so I figured it was all taken care of. Since it's the same amount of money as something else I DO get every month I guess I never noticed all this time that I was being charged, or, they restarted it, charged me my old rate, and I'm being over billed. I have no way to tell, the bank account it was being charged on is closed, the email address it was charged on is closed, but I know for a fact that since we moved to this new bank we have been charged for it but I had no access to it until I signed up with new credentials in June this year.
