Cancel subscription on account under wrong email

I was trying to cancel my premium subsciption when i accidentally changed my user email address to a email address i have no access to in trying to change it back i think i somehow changed the password so i know the email address is (Email) but it was (Email) i just need to either help cancel that account in all premium subscription and everything or change it back to (Email)

It's actually a different account under an email that does not exist anymore. I am still paying for it.

I canโ€™t log into the email cause my exhusband has changed the password and locked me out I want to cancel the subscription so Iโ€™m not paying for something I canโ€™t even use
